Rashelle Clayton
Practice Manager/ Business Administrator
From the time she was a little girl she was destined for the beauty industry. She has a passion for fashion, beauty and business and a drive for excellence.
Before joining Cosmetic Surgery Consultants Rashelle was an independent business owner at a salon in Iowa. After moving to Colorado she decided to expand her extensive administrative and business background and joined our office in early 2007.
Rashelle combines her knowledge of people with her past management and business experiences to effectively coordinate all employees and business operations.

Lyndi went to college at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX. She graduated from college in 2000 with her Bachelors degree in Nursing.
She started working in the Neonatal ICU at St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX. She worked there until she moved to Colorado in 2002. After moving to Colorado she started working for a dermatology practice where she scrubbed in for liposuction, fami (fat transfer), MOHS (skin cancer), phlebectomy, hair transplants etc.. Lyndi began injecting Botox, running the laser, performing pre and post op exams, and organizing physician seminar. She worked at this practice until she had her first baby in 2006. She took the next 14 months off to stay at home.
Lyndi started back to work in May 2007 at our office. She operates the laser, injects Botox and filler, and helps with surgeries when needed. Lyndi is also a national trainer for our laser (Syneron) and travels to teach other physician’s offices how to use it.
Lyndi has been married to Keven since 2002. Her daughter is now 19 months old, and her name is Mackenzie.

Skyler Swenson
Ophthalmic Medical Technician/ Surgery Assistant
Skyler Graduated from the Ophthalmic Medical Technician program at the PIMA Medical Institute in September 2008 where she excelled in all her surgical assisting classes. Skyler has always been interested in the anatomy of the eye and wanted the opportunity to assist in Ophthalmic surgery. With her OMT schooling coming to an end the opportunity arose to finish out her last externship with one of Colorados premiere Oculoplastic Surgeons. Skyler is now Cosmetic Surgery Consultants newest employee and finds great joy in her new career.
Hanna Jannen
Paramedical Esthetician/ C.N.A
Hanna earned her Esthetician License from International Beauty Academy in Colorado Springs in March of 1996 after years of working in the financial world. Hanna has been working as a Paramedical Esthetician since 2001. She has a true passion for her work and really enjoys her patients. Hanna has had an interesting life and has lived in 8 states as well as spending 2 years in Holland and five years in Germany. One fun fact to know about Hanna is she likes to wear mens underwear.
Hanna has 4 children and 3 grandsons. She and her husband Jan have been married since 2007. They love scuba diving, boating, all water sports and travel.
